Highlights of the Build Process for a New Home

Once the site is prepared, the holes are drilled for the concrete footers to be poured.  Footers are drilled below the frost line.

Concrete footers are poured according to the  footer print prepared by the factory specifically for this home.

In this instance, the site is prepped for a wall system to be installed once the home is in place.

The two halves of the home are carefully placed onto the concrete footers.

Once in place the sections of the home are joined together to form one unit, and are anchored to the concrete footers.

A beautiful home is the finished product for our homeowners.
